As the public’s concern intensifies regarding the state of the environment, many companies want to demonstrate that they are utilizing products that have a reduced impact on the ecosystem.
Currently, Palmer Printing is certified through the Printing Industry of Minnesota’s (PIM) environmental initiative as a “Minnesota Great Printer”, a voluntary program aimed at increasing environmental, health and safety compliance and pollution prevention within the printing industry.
In addition, Palmer Printing's FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certification focuses on a methodology to assure the products used in our production processes carry a “Chain of Custody”. This documentation and verification assures the natural resources used in these certified paper products are responsibly harvested from well-managed forests.
